30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

- Opened products (up to 50% used) if you experienced an adverse reaction or the product did not meet expectations

- Products more than 50% used
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Free samples or promotional items
- Gift cards
3. How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the product within 14 days of receiving your RMA
4. Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrectly shipped items: prepaid return label provided
- All other returns: customer pays return shipping
- Use a trackable shipping method
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the return
- Refunds issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
6. Subscription Refunds
- You may cancel anytime before the next billing date
- Prorated refunds are issued if canceled within 7 days of billing
- No refunds for cancellations after 7 days
7. Damaged or Defective Products
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We will issue a replacement or a full refund
