Refund & Return Policy

At Smart Wellness Botanica™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund options.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 Eligible Products

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Opened products (up to 50% used) if you experienced an adverse reaction or the product did not meet expectations

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products more than 50% used
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Free samples or promotional items
  • Gift cards

3. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at returns@smartwellnessbotanica.com or call [Phone Number]
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Ship the product within 14 days of receiving your RMA

4. Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrectly shipped items: prepaid return label provided
  • All other returns: customer pays return shipping
  • Use a trackable shipping method

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the return
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect

6. Subscription Refunds

  • You may cancel anytime before the next billing date
  • Prorated refunds are issued if canceled within 7 days of billing
  • No refunds for cancellations after 7 days

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will issue a replacement or a full refund

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your product for a refund and place a new order.
